Message counts are estimates. Paid plans have a weekly allowance that resets every Monday, so you can use a lot in one day when you need to. Short questions use less of it, long answers and code use more. Paid plans can top up when they run out.

Yes. New accounts get a one-time free trial of 5 messages with the full Adam plan, plus 1 picture. After that you can stay on the Free plan or choose a paid one. One trial per verified email address.
When you're logged in, your chats are saved to your account, so they're on your laptop, your phone and the app. Delete a chat and it's gone everywhere. Files you upload, and pictures and documents Adam makes, are stored so you can see and download them. We never sell your data or use it for ads, and the AI companies we use don't train on it. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings at any time. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Yes. Open Adam on your phone, then choose Get the app in the account menu. It adds Adam to your home screen with its own icon and opens full screen, on iPhone and Android.
Yes. Ask for a project in separate files and Adam writes each file, shows you the whole thing in a live preview and lets you download it as a zip. When you ask for changes, it edits only the parts that change, so it stays quick. On Adam and Advanced, switch on Think for hard problems: Adam reasons for longer before it answers. If a very long build pauses, press Keep going.

Under every answer there's a thumbs up and a thumbs down: tap one, tell us what went wrong if you like, and it comes straight to us. Now and then Adam will also ask you for a quick star rating. For anything else, open Help and choose Report a problem, or email us at support@talkwadam.com. We read everything, and feedback from people like you shapes every update.
Any time, in two clicks: account menu, Manage plan, Cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for. New subscribers can cancel within 14 days for a refund, minus the days used. The Refund Policy has the details.
